Ordered a beautiful same day delivery for my wife @ work. This is my go-to for flowers from now on here in Franklin. Website was super easy (and no sketchy like most flower services) and when I called to confirm they got my order they were already working on it! 10/10

I ordered an arrangement for my wife from Teleflora for our anniversary. The order was fulfilled by Rebecca's Floral Boutique. The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. I am attaching pictures of what I ordered versus what was received. Some of the flowers look like they are already wilting. I understand that sometimes substitutions have to be made based on flower availability but this is a major miss. I was very disappointed to see these when they were delivered. Update - 7/20: The owner was quick to reach out to me in order to rectify the situation. Today, they delivered a new bouquet that is beautiful. I am amending my review in order to add stars because of their outstanding customer service.
