Spoke with Madeline this afternoon and had a great experience. She was patient, great recommendations and customer service. She is a wonderful representative of this business. It was so nice to deal with someone that actually works in the florist rather than an online purchase or a consolidator.

Update from my previous post below.. Great Customer service does still exist! After my negative post from before, I was contacted by phone and text almost immediately offering to correct the incident. She checked in a couple of times and offered to send flowers with no charge. I did agree to let them send yesterday and they were PERFECT! Exactly what I asked for! I do blame much of the miscommunication before that the order wasn’t placed directly with them but I must say, they went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied and it is MUCH appreciated!! Previous review..I’ve NEVER given a poor review but wanted to share. I’m not certain the blame is on the florist but rather the teleflora service that sent the info. I had ordered flowers to be delivered 5 days ago. Apparently they received the wrong address but regardless it should have warranted a phone call to the sending florist and in turn a call to me but instead 5 days later, my dear friend still hasn’t received a bouquet and she was the one that let me know as she asked who was trying to send them. The icing on the cake.. Rebecca’s had a confirmation of delivery received on 8/21 when I called the original sending florist. I’ve consistently been a very big sender of flowers for over 30 years and this incident will change my willingness to send. When I called and spoke with them, they apologized. But that doesn’t take away the fact that my credit card was billed and a delivery receipt was sent but yet still no flowers.
