Holly was incredibly accomodating and patient with my order and I cannot express how much I appreciate it. I ordered flowers at midnight online and they got them delivered the next day. I'm not in town so I couldn't help coordinate anything which generated some anxiety and concerns about the delivery process, but Rebecca's Floral Boutique helped ensure that the process went smoothly and their attention to detail for the order was impeccable. They really went above and beyond. The flowers are beautiful and I thank the store and it's team for their hard work during this difficult time.

Holly at Rebecca's floral boutique made my day!!! I had ordered flowers through a wire service instead of buying locally and what was delivered wasn't close to what what I ordered. I ordered what was advertised as a huge display of roses and carnations. What my wife got was a puny arrangement of 6 roses and 6 carnations. The wire service advertisement was showing at least a dozen of each. And I had bought the second largest display. I contacted Rebecca's and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Holly. We spoke at length about the issue and Holly was EXTREMELY helpful and compassionate!!! She is awesome! She took care of the problem with no cost to me. I am super impressed and will use Rebecca's from now on. Holly made my day!!
