Holiday Flower Delivery
To help ensure on-time delivery during busy holiday periods, we recommend placing orders at least one day in advance for the following holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
We are closed on:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Same-Day Flower Delivery in Franklin, TN
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (recipient’s time zone) are typically eligible for same-day flower delivery in Franklin, TN, Monday through Friday.
Delivery Time Requests
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we usually deliver within a four-hour window. You may request a preferred timeframe in the special instructions box at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Hours
Our standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, extended delivery hours may be available. Please call us to confirm holiday delivery times.
Funeral Home Deliveries
Funeral flower deliveries are our highest priority. If your order cannot arrive in time for a service, we will contact you promptly so alternate arrangements can be made.
If you do not have the funeral home’s address or ZIP code, we will gladly look it up for you. We also confirm service times directly with the funeral home to ensure timely and respectful delivery. If an earlier delivery date is selected, flowers will be delivered according to the funeral home’s instructions.
Funeral Banner Availability
Due to the time-sensitive nature of funeral deliveries, if a banner is unavailable, your arrangement will be filled to full value, substituting additional flowers to create an even fuller display.
High School Deliveries
High schools do not accept deliveries for students.
Teacher gifts may be delivered to the school, while student orders must be sent to a residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early, as deliveries often must be completed by 2:00 PM.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
If No One Is Home
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left in a secure location such as with a neighbor or in a protected area near the home, weather permitting. A delivery notice will be left when appropriate. Flowers will not be left in extreme heat or cold.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided and delivery is attempted, a $10 address correction fee will apply. Rebecca’s Floral Boutique is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Same-day orders are processed immediately and generally cannot be changed or canceled. Changes or cancellations must be made by phone before an order is in process. Email requests are not accepted.
Recipient Contact
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure availability for delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If a recipient refuses delivery, the customer may be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Card Messages
The message entered in the Card Message field is the exact message delivered with the flowers. No billing information is ever included with your gift.
