Need to share; had an issue with a Christmas tabletop arrangement for a friend and it was not what we ordered. The online 3rd party customer service was disappointing. Rebecca followed up, sent a gift to the friend and is working to resolve everything. Great customer service by Rebecca, she wants her customers happy!!!!
After several failed attempts to send flowers to my wife for her birthday, I contacted Rebecca’s. Other florists refused to deliver because we live in a rural area. Not only did Rebecca’s delivery on time, but also created the country meadow arrangement I wanted.

Ordered a beautiful same day delivery for my wife @ work. This is my go-to for flowers from now on here in Franklin. Website was super easy (and no sketchy like most flower services) and when I called to confirm they got my order they were already working on it!
